Short version: CycleMind keeps your data on your device. We (the developer) do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share your personal or health data. There are no accounts, no ads, and no third-party analytics or trackers.
CycleMind is an independent app made by an individual developer ("we", "us"). Contact: elimu@protonmail.com.
Everything you enter — periods, cycle settings, medications and reminders, check-ins (symptoms, mood, notes), and preferences — is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. It is not sent to us or to any server we operate. We do not have access to it.
If you turn on Health sync and grant permission, CycleMind may read your menstrual flow and sleep data from Apple Health, and write menstrual flow back to Apple Health. This is used only to show and align your cycle inside the app.
Optional Premium features are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payments and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple; we do not see or store your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether you have an active purchase, which does not identify you to us.
You can export a backup of your data to the Files app or iCloud Drive. Once you export a file, it is under your control and governed by the settings of wherever you save it (for example, your iCloud account). We do not receive these files.
You control your data. Deleting the app from your device removes the data stored in the app (including on-device automatic backups). Backups you exported elsewhere are not affected and can be deleted by you.
Your data is protected by iOS app sandboxing and device encryption. You can also enable an in-app privacy lock (Face ID / Touch ID / passcode).
CycleMind is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's consent.
CycleMind is a life-record tool to help you understand yourself. It is not medical, health, or contraceptive advice, and cycle predictions are for reference only and must not be used for contraception. For any health concern, please consult a medical professional.

可选的 Premium 功能通过 Apple 内购出售。付款与订阅完全由 Apple 处理,我们看不到也不会保存你的支付信息。App 只会向 Apple 查询你是否拥有有效购买,这不会向我们暴露你的身份。
你可以把数据备份导出到「文件」App 或 iCloud Drive。文件一旦导出,就由你自己掌控,并受你保存位置（例如你的 iCloud 账户）的设置约束。我们不会收到这些文件。
数据由你掌控。把 App 从设备删除,即会移除 App 内保存的数据（包括本机自动备份）。你导出到别处的备份不受影响,可由你自行删除。
你的数据受 iOS 沙盒隔离与设备加密保护。你还可以开启 App 内的隐私锁（Face ID / Touch ID / 设备密码）。
CycleMind 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。若你未满 18 岁,请在父母或监护人同意下使用。
